 Much of his work is shot in his studio where undoubtedly he can better control lighting.

Indeed, it is his creative and expert use of light that typically signifies his work.

However, his magnificent body of work shot on location at Woodstock, New York, is a grand exception to his preference for studio work.

It is one of the most stunning outdoor series ever created.

On the whole it is typical classical photo. In some series the author tries to convey movement and action.

T o my mind, he is not successful and too monotonous (there is no sense of dynamic).

 Though I liked the first photo collection. Bjoern Oldsen's site appear in this category only owing to this collection.

And it makes you more disappointed after having looked through the other works.
